Good questions
Do I need to provide products or equipment?
No — we bring everything, including a vacuum and professional products. If you’d prefer we use your own products or equipment, that’s absolutely fine too.
Will it be the same cleaner each time?
Yes, for regular cleans we keep you with the same cleaner wherever possible, with a familiar backup if they’re ever away.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the area free of charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Do I have to be home?
Not at all. Many customers give us a key or an entry code, which we hold securely and insured.
